- Generous, intense Italian white, perfumed with white flowers and citrus, the palate deliciously spiky with lemon and lime. Fermentation and fining in Slovenian oak barrique for 10 months before bottling.
“Beautiful golden yellow in color, brilliant and luminous. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of ripe fruit – Mediterranean and tropical – and dried flowers, barely touched by a subtle veil of vanilla. Apples, bananas, hazelnuts, genista, and passionflower stand out. On the palate, it’s pure velvet, showing a perfect balance of flavors, delicate aromatic qualities, and endless persistence. Excellent with chickpea puree and sautéed octopus with rosemary.”

Winery | Capo Martino is the name of the hill purchased by Silvio Jermann in 1991 in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, and already used as an observation point during the war. The homonymous vineyard covers 7,5 hectares and was renovated from 1996 to 2003, albeit maintaining the traditional local varieties. |
