- A fragrant, fruity example of the Torrontés variety from Argentina. Bright and fruity with tropical fruit flavours, this is elegant and beautifully balanced with a refreshing finish.
The grapes were gently destemmed and pressed. The free-run juice was cold static clarified for 14 to 24 hours at 8°C. The must was separated from the lees, leaving the freshest juice. This was vinified with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 12 to 16°C. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was transferred to another tank to rest until bottling.
