- A golden, rich Meursault, showing all the hallmarks of finesse and opulence, with delicate floral aromas, a touch of vanilla, and beautiful balance. Fresh and elegant on the finish.
The grapes were gently pressed in a pneumatic press to extract the juice before being transferred to French oak barrels, where fermentation took place on the fine lees with regular batonnage to impart texture and complexity. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which 30% were new, and bottled after a very light clarification.
