- A fresh and zippy Loire Sauvignon Blanc that delivers intense aromas of gooseberry and citrus notes. The palate bursts with concentrated flavors of blackcurrant and asparagus, complemented by a refreshing acidity through to a lively, moreish finish.
The grapes were picked at various maturity stages to ensure the full Sauvignon Blanc flavour spectrum was achieved. Harvested during the night to retain the freshness and bright fruit flavours, the grapes were immediately gently pressed. The must was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of two to three weeks. The wine was aged on its fine lees for six months in tank, to express the pure fruit flavours.

Winery | The grapes were sourced from carefully selected vineyards from the Loire Valley, a region that is renowned for its elegant, fresh whites. Situated in the northwest of France, and following the course of the River Loire, the vineyards are influenced by a relatively continental climate. The soils vary considerably and this diversity of terroirs contributes to subtle complexity in the resulting wine. |
