Winemaker Emilio del Medico meticulously selected the grapes for this cuvee, to ensure only the highest quality fruit was vinified. The fruit was barrel fermented with selected yeasts in the finest Artsakh and French oak with lees contact to add complexity and texture. Following fermentation, the wine was aged for 10 months in oak, six months in new French, and four months in the finest, new Artsakh oak barrels, which impart subtly vanilla, cinnamon, clove, and caramel characters.

A full, creamy, and textured wine with a bouquet of white floral notes, ripe golden apple, and subtle hints of vanilla and hazelnut. The fruit is harmoniously balanced by a rich mineral freshness.
