- A refreshing Blanc de Malbec with an elegant floral character and hints of jasmine and white rose lead to a delicately fruity palate of peach, apricot, and a crisp, floral finish.
Blanc de Malbec is a white wine vinified from black grapes. The grapes were gently crushed and underwent static cool settling. The must was fermented in stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures of 13°C, lasting for 25 days. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks to retain a crisp style, with great purity of fruit.

Winery | The grapes are grown in Tupungato, in the Uco Valley at an elevation of 1,300 metres above sea level. At this altitude the diurnal temperature swings have a great influence on the vines, creating a long, gradual ripening process. The grapes develop thicker skins to protect themselves against the intense sunlight, resulting in concentrated flavours and great intensity of colour. The cool temperatures encourage great aromatic expression along with naturally balancing fresh acidity. The microclimate also helps to keep the vines healthy and helps to control the vigour of the vine, along with strict canopy management the vines produce low yields of concentrated juice. The vines are trellis trained as this is beneficial against frost and are planted in alluvial and sandy soils. The vineyard is cultivated organically and sustainably, with manual harvesting |
