  • Full and herbaceous flavours of fresh peach with a hint of white pepper and aromatic orange blossom combine with vibrant fruity flavours from the South of Italy. Floral notes combine with aromas of tropical fruits and a hint of citrus zest. This lively, fresh white blend has a touch of minerality and is bursting with ripe flavours from the South of Italy.

The grapes were crushed, destemmed and gently pressed. Cold static sedimentation was followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures of approximately 15 to 16°C, which retained freshness and fruity aromatics. The wine was aged in stainless steel to preserve these fruit-forward characteristics.

Floral notes combine with aromas of tropical fruits and a hint of citrus zest. This lively, fresh white blend has a touch of minerality and is bursting with ripe flavours from the South of Italy.

The vineyard sits at approximately 100 metres above sea level and benefits from great diurnal temperature variations, which are ideal for promoting an extended ripening period for the vines and concentrating the flavours in the berries. The vines are planted at a density of 4,000 per hectare and grown in soft soils, which are thin with a fine texture and good drainage. The vineyards are managed sustainably, with technology being used to monitor weather conditions to minimise the work required in the vineyard. A bio-fertiliser made from seaweed from the nearby Ionian Sea is employed as an alternative to chemical fertilisers. Biodiversity within the vineyard is encouraged by planting indigenous grape varieties alongside Mediterranean trees and plants resistant to drought, thereby reducing water waste. The harvest takes place during the second and third weeks of August.
