- The bouquet presents a powerful fusion of fresh fruits, featuring prominent notes of zesty citrus and luscious exotic fruits, complemented by delicate hints of fragrant jasmine, succulent white peaches, and a touch of pink peppercorns. Upon tasting, the wine offers a precise and pure expression, showcasing a radiant harmony of roundness and velvety smoothness.
This 100% Chardonnay wine has been blended for various years, with 20 to 25% reserved from the previous two vintages. Once the grapes had reached optimal maturity, they were carefully harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation occurred in temperature-regulated stainless steel fermenters, followed by a full malolactic conversion. The secondary fermentation occurred in the bottle, according to the Methode Champenoise. The dosage was 9g/l.
The nose is powerfully reminiscent of fresh fruits, with dominant notes of citrus and exotic fruits, followed by a touch of jasmine, white peaches and pink peppercorns. The palate is precise and clean, as the wine delivers a radiant balance between roundness and smoothness.

Winery | Ruinart Blanc de Blanc embodies the purity of the Chardonnay grapes from which it is made exclusively. It is made primarily from grapes grown in Premier Cru vineyards in the Cotes des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs. It is renowned for imparting a refined aromatic quality to the final wine. Sezannais wines supplement it, providing an element of maturity. |
