- A perfumed and aromatic Greco with beautiful clarity and layers of classic pear, peach and green plum fruit with decisive hints of balsamic mint. Full-bodied and bright on the palate, with lively acidity and defined mineral notes, very typical of the region
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 16° to 18°C. The wine was then matured for a period of four to five months with constant lees contact and frequent lees stirring or "bâtonnage", resulting in a wine with greater texture and complexity.
A perfumed and aromatic Greco with beautiful clarity and layers of classic pear, peach and green plum fruit with decisive hints of balsamic mint. Full bodied and bright on the palate, with a lively acidity and defined mineral notes, showing great typicity.

Winery | The beautiful Feudi di San Gregorio vineyards are spread out over lush and gentle hillin Sorbo Serpico, approximately an hour from Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The soils are volcanic, sandstone and marl, but predominantly volcanic, which is rich in mineral elements. Each vineyard is closely monitored with a meteorological station and combined with the technologies of the new state-of-the-art wine cellar; they ensure that each vintage comes as close to perfection as possible. In accordance with the sustainable Equalitas certification, the vineyards are cultivated using ecological practices to maintain the equilibrium of the environment. Soil and fertiliser management strategies are employed, pesticides are not used, biodiversity is positively encouraged and weeding does not take place between the rows of vines. |
