- Palest pink and bursting with aromas of white peach, pear and zesty grapefruit through to a mouthwatering palate of wild red berries, vibrant citrus and mineral notes.
The grapes were harvested at night to retain freshness and the aromatic profile followed by gentle direct pressing and partial maceration on the lees, known as stabulation. Temperature-controlled fermentation took place with selected yeasts in neutral vessels to retain the purity of fruit. Throughout the winemaking process the wines were protected with inert gas to preserve the freshness and aromatics.

Winery | The grapes come from a careful selection from the most favoured terroirs of the Côtes de Provence, majoring on parcels from the higher elevations, in the foothills of the Sainte-Victoire Mountain range, where the cool night temperatures and poor limestone soils produce pronounced minerality. The blend is complemented by a careful selection of parcels in the ‘Golden Triangle’ around the foothills of the Maure Mountains and the upper Var region.
