- A classic Vouvray with attractive aromas of apple, grape and vine peach complemented by mineral overtones. Beautifully balanced with a lively and persistent finish.
The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and carefully sorted, to retain the highest quality. The grapes were vinified plot by plot to retain the nuances of the Vouvray terroir. Fermentation took place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness and purity of fruit.
A classic Vouvray with attractive aromas of apple, grape and vine peach complemented by mineral overtones. Beautifully balanced with a lively and persistent finish.

| Winery | The grapes are grown in a single vineyard ‘les Calcaires’, which is certified organic; the grapes are grown without the use of synthetic or chemical preparations. The vineyard covers Turonian limestone hillsides, interspersed with confluent valleys and is covered with ‘perruche’, a flinty clay soil which imparts elegance to the wine. The vineyard is sustainably cultivated, and working towards its HVE certification, with a focus on energy consumption, biodiversity preservation and water resource management. |
