- A medium-bodied Bordeaux showing concentrated fruit aromas backed by delicate woody notes. In the mouth, it has good freshness, while the structure shows high-quality tannins. Nicely balanced, velvety, and powerful.
The grapes were picked at optimum maturity and carefully selected to ensure the topquality fruit was vinified. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, retaining the fragrant aromas and purity of fruit. The wine was then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, imparting subtle complexity. Bottling took place after 18 months.

The Chateau is located at the northern point of the Entre-deux-Mers appellation in the small town of St. Germain du Puch between Libourne and Bordeaux. Talented winemaker Estelle Roumage combines strict selection, with a tailor-made approach to vinification. Each parcel is vinified with minimal intervention to respect and optimize the characteristics of the vintage and terroir, with subtle oak aging, creating charming wines with the utmost appeal. The estate is certified Haute Valeur Environmentale (HVE) Level 3. The grapes come from the Lieu Dit of Capmartin, where the vines are cultivated organically and according to "la lutte raisonnée", using sustainable agricultural methods and reducing the amount of chemicals in order to respect the land and its environment. The estate is certified HVE Level 3. The vines are grown in clay and silt soils which produce beautifully balanced wines. |
