- It took the vision of a now legendary plant physiologist and Roseworthy winemaking graduate, Dr Bailey Carrodus, to help re-establish the Yarra Valley as one of Australia’s pre-eminent wine regions. This fine-boned Chardonnay has an appealing nose combining gun flint with blossom and citrus peel. The citrus notes follow through on the palate along with a hint of oak spice, whilst the pithy texture and weight from the fruit, are perfectly balanced with the delicate acidity.
