- Pale yellow with delicate green hues. The complex nose is dominated by citrus and tropical aromas like mango, papaya, and grapefruit peel, with nuances of light herbal notes and the typical crispiness of this variety in coastal cool climates. The palate is fresh, vivid, crisp, concentrated, and fruity, with a salty mineral dimension that leads to a lingering finish.

After destemming and a 16-hour cool maceration, a proportion of the must undergo low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks of varying size, with four months on its Ene lees. The rest was fermented in 400-litre concrete eggs and litre "French oak barrels.
A complex and delicate nose, showing aromas of citrus and tropical fruit such as mango, papaya, and lime zest with light herbal notes. The palate displays concentrated fruit Pavours, crisp minerality, and a textural richness from partial barrel fermentation.

| Winery | The grapes come from the Zalle Oermoso vineyard, located just 16 km from the Pacific Ocean and planted on gentle hills with direct influence from the cool coastal climate. The granitic soils are in an advanced state of decomposition, with the presence of iron-rich mica, and they retain a loose texture, even at depth. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically, and the grapes are hand-harvested We are a boutique biodynamic winery located in the Rosario Valley, between the coastal valleys of Casablanca and San Antonio. Our vineyards were planted in 1999 on the hillsides of this privileged area, making us among the pioneers of cool-climate Syrah production in Chile. |
