- The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe blackberries, together with creamy, toasty notes. Round and velvety palate with a persistent finish. It has a bright, big cherry color with a high layer. It displays intense aromas of black fruit (plum, blackberry), and licorice as well as balsamic, spicy, and cedar wood touches. Complex and elegant. In the mouth. It has an impressive high-layer red cherry colour. The aromas of black fruit and forest berries stand out on the nose with subtle hints of spices, liquorice, and cocoa. The smoky notes from the barrel ageing are very well integrated. On the palate, it is rich, fruity, tasty, rounded, and with a persistent and elegant finish.

Grapes are carefully and strictly selected from plots that will be processed separately. The Tempranillo grape brings this wine sweetness, red fruit, and roundness. We selected the Maturana, a variety with personality, for its wild touch, powerful colour, and body. The freshness and liveliness are provided by the Graciano grape. We carry out a pre-fermentative maceration of the grapes at low temperatures to achieve a greater extraction of fruit and colour. Then, it is aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
