- Deep luscious aromas of blackcurrants and dark cherry are accompanied by delicate spicy notes on the nose. Round and beautifully structured with supple tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
Ventoux wines benefit from an unspoilt natural environment of exceptional biodiversity and the vineyard at Domaine Champ-Long is no exception. The vines age from 25 to 45 years and are low yielding producing 35 hectolitres per hectare. The soils are made up of pebbly limestone and clay. The vineyard faces south west and is cultivated according to traditional methods, with the utmost respect for the environment. Organic fertilisers are applied and the grapes are manually harvested at optimum maturity levels.
