- A refined, concentrated, and structured Gevrey-Chambertin, showing great depth of flavour with notes of wild red berries, cherry, and raspberry through to a hint of spice on the long, velvety finish.
Vinified following a philosophy of minimal intervention and low-sulfur use. The grapes were meticulously selected and gently vinified with wild, indigenous yeasts to ensure the most significant expression of the fruit and the terroir. The wine was matured for 15 months in 100% French oak barriques, adding refined complexity.

Winery | ????Located in the far north of the Cotes de Nuits, Gevrey-Chambertin is the largest wine-producing village in Burgundy’s Cote d'Or. The Guyot-trained vines are planted at a high density, with 3,500 per hectare. The vineyard soils are clay and limestone with large chalky pebbles. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2019 and is managed using organic fertilizers without herbicides or insecticides. Ploughing, pruning, and green harvests all take place to ensure the optimum conditions for the vine's growth and grape maturity, and harvesting takes place by hand. |
