- Zuccardi Fincas seeks to highlight the maximum concept of terroir, showing the characteristics of the vineyards of the Uco Valley, which make them unique and unrepeatable. The grapes were selected by hand, destemmed, and crushed. Fermentation with native yeasts in tronco-conical concrete vats without epoxy. 30% of the wine was aged in 500L oak barrels and the rest in concrete vats
The 100% Malbec grapes for the Zuccardi Finca Piedra Infinita Supercal are sourced from a small parcel of vines in the Paraje Altamira vineyard in the Valle de Uco, which has an alluvial soil with limestone-covered rocks from the surface down located at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level.
The grapes were selected Hand, destemmed, and crushed. Fermentation in concrete vats without epoxy, with native yeasts. 50% of the wine was aged in 500lts used oak barrels.

| Winery | In our search for the purest expression of the identity of the Finca Piedra Infinita vineyard, we arrived at this small plot of 0.78 hectares. Located on the west side, it shows the most extreme side of the soils of Paraje Altamira, where from the surface the only thing we find is the stone, covered with a rich layer of calcareous material. Alluvial soil with big rocks covered with a large amount of calcium bicarbonate on the topsoil. |
