The grapes were hand-sorted and selected in the winery before undergoing a four-day cold maceration at 9’,  followed by fermentation with 21 days of maceration in small stainless-steel tanks, concrete vats, and oak barrels, with spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurring in the barrel. This was followed by 19 months(aging in French oak barrels 40  new, 20  second use, 40  third use.

 ’Combining both intensity and freshness with aplomb, the 8ran Malbec is redolent with bright cherry fruit and floral complexity on the nose, followed by ripe plums, vanilla, and toasty oak on the palate. The silky tannins unfold through  the mid-palate, leading to a bold and lengthy finish
