- The maturing nose combines moderate floral notes with those of spice, soy, and hoisin. There is excellent density, power, and minerality to the broad-shouldered flavors culminating in a long and dusty if ever-so-slightly dry finish where a hint of mocha appears. This has the potential to be very long-lived and even at 20+ years of age, it's clear that it still has another 5-ish years or so before it reaches its full potential.
