The finish is dry, long, and complex, with notes of black tea, orange peel, and spice. It is attractive amber with a subtle orange hue and an elegant orange blossom and jasmine fragrance. On the palate, it has a harmonious blend of flavors reminiscent of orange peel, mandarin, and citrus, with a balance of freshness and volume, unveiling a well-defined structure. VINEYARD
The grapes come from the Don Antonio estate vineyards in the Uco Valley. The vines were planted in 1994 at an altitude of 91200 meters. Harvest was carried out by hand into small 18kg boxes.
WINERY
The three varieties were harvested separately and fermented on their skins for fifteen to twenty days. The cap was submerged very gently. After fermentation, the wine was pressed, and the skins were removed. Malolactic fermentation did not take place.

The children of the winemaker Antonio Pulenta and descendants of Italian immigrants Hugo and Eduardo Pulenta gave birth to Pulenta Estate in 2002, with the vision of translating the legacy of the family and their father´s pioneering spirit into a modern, innovative winery focused on producing limited quantities of great wines. Pulenta Estate sources its grapes from the family's two vineyards. With a sustainability certification, these vineyards are both the focus of the operation and the star of the wines. |
