- Vivid yellow with a hint of green. Quite expressive with a hint of white flowers, vanilla, and lilies. Round and elegant with a touch of minerality, very subtle with good length. This wine can be served quite young. It is a smooth, delicate, and elegant wine to be enjoyed with subtle fish dishes.
The Hamelin family has been growing vines in Chablis for six generations, each one adding to the holdings and developing the winemaking techniques. The wines from this 37-hectare domaine, although round and accessible, are made in the traditional unoaked style, and offer a fine, mineral expression of the Kimmeridgian soil of the district.
