- A delicate and expressive Pinot Noir with aromas of red-berried fruit and a hint of spice. Silky on the palate, soft texture and beautiful balance build freshness through a long finish. 2022 was characterised as being a dry vintage, which resulted in an early harvest. The grapes were picked under good conditions, and the sun-kissed fruit was of high quality.
The grapes were carefully selected and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and lasted for 12 days. The wine was aged in stainless steel vats, maintaining the purity of fruit, the varietal characteristics of Pinot Noir, and the nuances of the Alsace terroir.

Winery | The Alsace climate is characterised by the alternation of warm days and cool nights during the autumn, which offers ideal conditions for the slow and gradual maturation of the grapes, concentrating the fruit flavours from the sun's warmth while retaining a balancing acidity from the cool nights. The Vosges Mountains act as a natural barrier, protecting the vineyard against heavy rainfall. This reduces the risk of disease and facilitates limited treatment in the vineyard. The vines are Guyot pruned and undergo a green harvest and meticulous canopy management to ensure good light penetration and airflow, resulting in healthy, concentrated berries. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal maturity. They hold the Haute Valeur Environmental (HVE) certification, which officially recognises the environmental performance of winegrowers, including biodiversity conservation, plant protection strategies, managed fertiliser use and water resource management. |
