- The nose shows hints of grilled meats, confectionary notes, tobacco, and graphite. On the palate, richness and structure are in beautiful harmony, creating irresistible litheness. the remarkable nose of violets and hot fudge. The wine opens on the nose with black cherry, mole sauce, and dried rose petals. A velvety texture on the palate is framed with a balance of acid and tannin. Fermented with nearly 100% whole cluster and aged for 20 months in neutral barrels and 9 months in bottles before release,

Producing just 8,000 cases per year, they prize quality over all other factors.
