Winery	Founded in 1859, Louis Jadot is one of Burgundy's most prestigious vignerons. The Maison bears the name of its creator and has become one of the region's largest proprietors of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. Winemaking is now under the guidance of the talented Jacques Lardiere, who joined the company in 1970 and believes that his mission is to intervene with nature as little as possible. As a result, no synthetic herbicides or fertilisers have been used for many years on the estate, and they have also been trialling biodynamic viticultural practices on a small 14-hectare plot in and around Beaune. If deemed successful, the techniques will be implemented in other vineyards. Domaine Louis Jadot uphold the highest standards and have an unwavering stance regarding the quality of their wines, making them a very reliable source of Burgundy.
