Winery	The Albariño grapes are carefully selected from the estate plots in O Rosal and O Salnés in D.O. Rías Baixas. The terroir of O Rosal consists of schist soils, while the soils in O Salnés are predominantly granite. Each terroir lends different nuances to the wines, but the soils in both subregions are rich in organic matter. The distinctive mesoclimate imparts natural, fresh acidity to the wine, and the proximity to the ocean also imparts characteristic minerals and saline notes.
