Winery	For Joe Donelan's eldest daughter, Cuvée Keltie is all about old-world style using new-world fruit. The whole cluster is fermented mainly in old, neutral barrels. Cuvee Keltie is a blend of the best vineyard parcels and the best barrels of those vineyards: a dense, powerful wine, the mouthfeel results from patience and selection. Patience comes from nearly two years in a barrel, allowing for both flavour concentrations and tannin mellowing. An excellent charcuterie wine - a slice of prosciutto di Parma plus a sip of Cuvée Keltie is guaranteed to bring a smile to our faces! Cuvée Keltie is a blend of different vineyards in Sonoma County. The 2018 included Syrah from Kobler, Steiner Ranch, Obsidian and Richards Family vineyards.
