This wine was vinified in collaboration with Valerie Lavigne, the acclaimed French winemaker resulting in an elegant and refreshing style.

The Aglianico grapes come from hillside vineyards located up to 700 metres above sea level. Here the Apennine nature of the Irpinian terroir is fully revealed. The vicinity of the Picentini Mountains combined with the continental climate, which is cool, with cleansing breezes and beneficial rainfall, create the conditions for a genuine foothill vine-growing region. The winters - though brief- are snowy and cold, while the summers are warm and prolonged. The Guyot-trained vines, which are around 20 years in age, are planted in marl and calcareous soils on hills that enjoy excellent sun exposure
and are well-ventilated. The vineyards are cultivated using ecological practices to maintain the equilibrium of the environment; soil and fertilizer management strategies are employed, pesticides are not used, and biodiversity is positively encouraged. The vines are hand-harvested.
