- Delicate pale pink, this Cabernet Franc rosé offers aromas of wild strawberry and juicy white peach. The vibrant and fruity character is balanced by a fresh and mouthwatering finish. Pale salmon pink, this delicate rosé offers tantalizing strawberry and white peach aromas, leading to a lusciously fruity palate.
A cool pre-fermentation maceration took place on the skins at 8°C, lasting for eight hours, imparting the delicate pale pink colour to be transferred from the skins to the must. Decantation took place for 24 to 36 hours at 8°C, clarifying the juice, which was then fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures of 13 to 18°C. Fermentation lasted for 25 days before the wine was racked and stored for 45 days in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees to impart texture.
Delicate pale pink, this expressive Cabernet Franc rosé offers aromas of wild strawberry and juicy white peach. A fresh and mouthwatering finish balances the vibrant and fruity character.

Winery | The vineyard is located in Molina in the Curicó Valley at an altitude of 243 metres. It is on the 35th parallel south, between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Intense sunshine is tempered by cooling sea breezes and the influence of the Andes Mountains, allowing the grapes to achieve outstanding fruit aromas and exceptional colour concentration with natural balancing acidity. The warm, dry days and cold nights encourage a long growing season, which provides the perfect conditions for bold yet elegant wines from Cabernet Franc. Working with a model of micro viticulture, each plot of no more than half a hectare is identified according to its terroir and microclimate and planted accordingly. Grapes are cultivated using specific pruning methods, irrigation, canopy management and harvesting, which results in grapes of optimum quality and flavour. The fertile soils are alluvial, with clay loam and stone at 80cm. |
