| Winery | Exclusively from 60 vineyards, 91 plots, from the family’s own 200 ha of vineyards, the main ones being Favento, Brede, Uccellanda, Rocchetta, and Porte Alte. Vines are trained in a combination of Guyot, spurred cordon and Sylvos, double-arched, simple-arched with a plant density of 5000 vines per hectare and cultivated using organic fertiliser and sustainable minimal viticultural practices. The average age of vines is 27/28, yielding Chardonnay of 100 ql/ha, Pinot Nero 90 ql/ha, and Pinot Bianco 90 ql/ha. Grapes are hand-picked in small 13 kg crates. |
