Australian Wines, Matthew
Jukes, 2024
This wine was made in a soft and approachable style. The grapes were fermented in a combination of Potter, Roto, and open fermenters at controlled temperatures using selected yeasts to retain the purity and freshness of the cool-climate fruit. Following fermentation, the wine was matured in stainless steel tanks to retain the pure Pinot Noir characters.
