Tasting Notes
This dry Sauvignon Blanc (Dry/Sweet: 1) opens with bright citrus aromas of grapefruit, lime zest, and subtle floral undertones, followed by fresh green notes of peapods, crushed herbs, and cut grass. A hint of black pepper and minerality adds complexity and depth.
On the palate, it is refreshing and beautifully balanced, delivering crisp acidity and mouthwatering citrus flavours that linger with a clean, elegant finish. With just 1.8g/l residual sugar, it’s the ideal white wine for those seeking a vibrant, dry Sauvignon Blanc with a refined structure.

Winery | The grapes are grown in the Lomas de Leyda vineyard in the Leyda Valley. The climate is moderated by the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean and summer coastal fogs, which last until midday. This effect extends the ripening period, ensuring slow ripening and developing intense and fresh flavours and aromas. The average rainfall in the Leyda Valley is 250 millimetres. The soil is finely textured and of low fertility. The upper layer is thin, loamy clay, with a layer of cracked clay over decomposed granite, which has a varied mineral structure. The valley has gentle slopes with areas exposed to differing levels of sunlight exposure. |
