The Tandem Casual Rosé Navarra 2023 is a captivating wine crafted from 100% Garnacha grapes, grown in the prestigious Yerri Valley, located within the Navarra region of Spain. This rosé stands out for its vibrant pink colour and an enticing bouquet of wild red fruits, including raspberries and strawberries, complemented by subtle floral aromas of violets.

On the palate, this rosé offers a fresh and lively taste with a crisp, clean finish. The wine’s complexity is derived from a unique production method known as the ‘Sagrada’ method. A portion of red wine juice is ‘bled off’ after brief contact with the grape skins and seeds, lending the wine its refreshing character. The wine undergoes a three-hour pre-fermentation maceration at a cool 8°C, preserving its fruity freshness. After this, gravity racking and wild fermentation in underground concrete vats at 16°C provide additional layers of texture and depth. A short period of aging on fine lees in concrete vats enhances its volume and overall mouthfeel, leaving the wine smooth yet vibrant.

With an ABV of 14%, this rosé is decidedly dry, with minimal residual sugar, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a clean, crisp, and refreshing wine. It's ideal for pairing with light salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, or a variety of tapas.
