- Full-flavoured Prosecco with crisp apple and pear fruit through to a fruity and refreshing finish. A delicious Prosecco shows vibrant green apple and grapefruit notes and subtle floral hints. Lovely structure on the palate, the ripe fruit is beautifully balanced by a refreshing finish.
The must was obtained by gently pressing the grapes in a horizontal press, followed by slow, temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. The Charmat method made the wine gently sparkling; it was then aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and pure fruit aromatics. Further refinement took place in the bottle before release.
This delicious Prosecco shows vibrant green apple and grapefruit notes, accompanied by subtle floral hints. It has a lovely structure on the palate, and the ripe fruit is beautifully balanced by a refreshing finish.

| Winery | Prosecco sparkling wine is made from the Glera grape variety, recently called ‘Prosecco’. Changes in the laws governing the DOC mean that the grape can no longer bear the same name as the geographical area. The grapes for this wine come from the Treviso area in Veneto, where the vines are planted in alluvial soils and are sustainably cultivated. Cantina Sacchetto is located in the heart of the Veneto region. Founded in 1920, it is run by Filiberto Sacchetto, alongside his son Paolo and daughter Beatrice. Together, they oversee all aspects of the winemaking process with attention, passion and great flexibility, combining tradition with innovation. In 2022, Sacchetto was awarded the Equality Certification, officially recognising social, environmental and economic pillars of sustainability through biodiversity, carbon and water footprint and ecological cultivation practices. Through innovation and investment in modern vinification techniques, the family produces stunning still and sparkling wines for which the Veneto region has become famous. |
