Following an ideal start to the growing season, the vineyard experienced reduced sunshine after veraison, along with increased humidity and bird pressure—slowing ripening but enhancing flavour complexity. Hand-harvested as late as May, this wine showcases vibrant bright berry fruit layered with complex spice, hallmark traits of the cool-climate Grampians Shiraz. Expect notes of blackberry, raspberry, white pepper, and clove with fine tannins and a persistent finish.
