| Winery | The grapes come from the vineyards in the heart of the historic viticultural area of Monferrato, which have been carefully selected as they are the most suited to the Moscato variety. The vines are planted in a southeast and southwest orientation to maximize the sun's exposure and are cultivated according to the Guyot method. The vineyard soils are of sedimentary marine origin, consisting mostly of chalk with traces of lime. The manual harvest takes place when the grapes have reached optimum maturity. |
