Winery	En Remilly is a highly regarded Premier Cru vineyard in the Saint-Aubin appellation at the southern end of the Côte de Beaune. En Remilly borders with Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet; however, the terroir in En Remilly produces wines that tend to be more delicate than those of their more famous neighbours. It has similar soils to Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet with a pebbly, calcareous topsoil that is free draining encourages deep root growth into the limestone as the vines search for water, resulting in minerally, flinty characters in the wines. The vines are cultivated according to the traditional methods of the AOC and are carefully tended with utmost respect for the terroir and environment. Once they have reached optimum maturity, the grapes are picked by hand.
