Winemaking Process
London Clay Rosé Brut NV is made from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes. Using the Charmat method (also known as the tank or Prosecco method), fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for up to three months. This technique preserves the wine’s fresh, varietal character and results in an approachable, fruit-forward sparkling Rosé with fine bubbles and a clean finish — perfect for those who enjoy the style of Prosecco but are seeking something proudly English.
