Winery	The Albariño grapes come from the estate vineyards in O Rosal. The blend is supplemented by other native varieties: Caiño Blanco, Loureiro, and Treixadura. Harvest starts at the Silvosa vineyard in O Rosal, followed by the Viñadeiro vineyard in O Salnés. After an initial selection of bunches in the field, the grapes are hand-picked into small boxes and then transported with refrigeration to the winery to retain the fruit's integrity.
