The result is a medium-bodied Pinot Noir with vibrant red and purple fruit character, lifted florals, and a refined tannin structure that will evolve beautifully over time.

Winemaking and Maturation
This wine was fermented with a proportion of whole bunches using only ambient, indigenous yeasts in large-format wooden and concrete vessels. The fermentation lasted 17 days, followed by gentle pressing and ageing in French oak barriques and puncheons (20% new oak). The wine matured for 14 months, undergoing natural malolactic fermentation and was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve purity.
