| Winery | Hundred Hills is a family-owned wine estate created from scratch by Stephen and Fiona Duckett, who in 2009 set out to search for the perfect chalk valley vineyard site in southern England. After 3 years, and hundreds of potential sites, they discovered 17 hectares of prime, virgin land in the steep sloped and chalky Stonor Valley in Oxfordshire. Each year Hundred Hills produces sustainably accredited, single vintage sparkling wines from 10 individual parcels of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, matured carefully in cask and steel to capture the layers of flavour delivered by their unique terroir. |
