- Lovely lime and citrus fruit purity with floral notes and a textured spicy and mineral finish. Delicate yet fresh floral notes of chamomile are layered with peach and candied orange aromas. The soft palate is enveloped with a lovely freshness through a vibrant spicy and mineral finish.
The bunches were carefully selected, and fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16 to 18°C. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was matured for five months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, adding complexity and texture.

Winery | The beautiful Feudi di San Gregorio vineyards are spread out over lush and gentle hills in Sorbo Serpico, about an hour from Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The soils are uniquely volcanic, sandstone and marl. Each vineyard is closely monitored with a meteorological station, and the technologies of the new state-of-the-art wine cellar ensure that each vintage comes as close to perfection as possible. With the sustainable Equalitas certification, the vineyards are cultivated using ecological practices to maintain the equilibrium of the environment. Soil and fertiliser management strategies are employed, pesticides are not used, biodiversity is positively encouraged, and weeding does not occur between the rows of vines. |
