- An elegant single vineyard Pinot Noir, showing notes of wild red fruits complemented by delicate hints of violet. Charming on the palate, with supple tannins and layers of truffle, liquorice and tobacco underpinning strawberry and raspberry notes.
The soils are Bresse marl, covered with sandy alluvial layers. The continental climate has cold winters and warm summers, with cool nights, allowing the vines to produce balanced fruit with natural freshness. The vines are in conversion to organic status; weeds are controlled by cultivating the soil and chemical herbicides are not used. Only organic and natural products are employed to protect the vines against insects. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal maturity.
