Domaine Pierre Naigeon Bourgogne Pinot Noir Maladières 2019 – Elegant, Pure, and Complex
This 100% Pinot Noir from the renowned Domaine Pierre Naigeon showcases the finesse and depth of Burgundy red wine. Produced organically and suitable for vegetarians and vegans, it offers an impeccable balance between freshness, fruit purity, and layered complexity.
Sourced from the single vineyard of Maladières, this Burgundy Pinot Noir reveals enticing aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, and raspberries, delicately accented by floral violet notes. The palate is graceful and expressive, with supple tannins and savoury nuances of truffle, liquorice, and a subtle touch of tobacco.
Why Choose the 2019 Vintage?
The 2019 vintage is widely regarded as one of the finest in recent years across Burgundy. Warm, dry growing conditions and low yields contributed to wines of remarkable concentration, purity, and aromatic depth. Despite challenges like late frosts and uneven flowering, summer brought optimal ripening, resulting in a wine that balances richness with refreshing acidity.
