| Winery | The Vouvray AOC is situated on the right bank of the Loire Valley. The grapes are grown in a single vineyard, ‘Les Argiles’, which is certified organic by Ecocert; the grapes are grown without the use of synthetic or chemical preparations. The vineyard covers Turonian limestone hillsides, interspersed with confluent valleys and is covered with ‘perruche’, a flinty clay soil, which imparts elegance to the wine. The vineyard is sustainably cultivated and working towards its HVE certification, focusing on energy consumption, biodiversity preservation and water resource management. |
