- The bouquet is characterized by an alluring blend of floral aromas and succulent apricot flavours accompanied by undertones of rhubarb, mint, and white pepper. Distinctly vibrant and dynamic on the palate, the Dom Perignon 2013 exudes a firm and penetrating structure, accentuated by nuances of ginger, tobacco, and toasted elements. Stylish, seductive, open and expressive with delicate ripe stone fruit, floral touches, and minerality. It has a beautifully palate, with hints of honey leading to a polished finish and a touch of crisp grapefruit. Complete and harmonious with an irresistible vibrancy and energy.
Traditional vinification using the Méthode Champenoise. This cuvée spent at least eight years maturing in the cellars, resulting in a Champagne full of harmony, finesse and balance.
With an elegant bouquet of Mirabelle plum, apricot and orange blossom layered with spicy notes and toasty hues, the refined and silky palate of 2013 is precise and pure, with delicious salinity on the finish.
