The blend is completed with 20% reserve wines, to preserve and showcase the Champagne Collet house style. This cuvée was aged in bottle for a minimum of four years in the very heart of the historic limestone cellars, which are centuries old.

Winery | This assemblage comes predominantly from 20 Crus from the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Champagne region and is completed with 20% reserve wines. 50% Pinot Noir from the Grands Crus and Premiers Crus villages of Ay, Hautvillers, Avenay-Vald’Or or Louvois, which produce a light, tender and fruity wine. 40% Chardonnay mostly from the Premier Cru of Vertus contributes freshness and lemony notes.
