- The wine is straw yellow with a green tint. Aromas of ripe pear, citrus zest, and white flowers lead to a palate of refreshing acidity and minerality. Flavours of green apple and peach add complexity. The finish is crisp, dry and mouthwatering.
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled
temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and vibrant fruit flavours. Minimal
intervention is employed throughout the winemaking process, allowing the natural
characteristics of the Pinot Grigio to shine through. The wine is then aged on the lees for
at least 4 months to enhance its texture and complexity before bottling.
