- Aromas of black cherry, plum and liquorice intertwine with earthy undertones. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with concentrated dark fruit flavours and notes of spice. Silky tannins provide structure and lead to a long, persistent finish.
Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts to preserve the
grapes' natural characteristics. Gentle maceration extracts colour and tannins. The
wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in a mixture of stainless steel tanks and large
oak casks, Minimal intervention ensures a pure expression of Lagrein.
