Bollywood might take centre stage in India, however, the country’s white wine is well worthy of Box Office credentials. Whether it be the apricot and peach influenced Viognier grape, full of the right amount of sweetness and ideal when paired with mild Indian cuisine, or the smoked aromatic Sauvignon, ideal with seafood and Goan dishes, Indian white wine will leave you intrigued to try more. Subtly seductive, there is somewhat of a mystery to each mouthful which dances joyfully around your palate, before drawing you in for more.  It’s lightly peppery and gooseberry influence makes this a wine that can be comfortably drank any time of the year.
