brilliant balance of fruit, softened oak, and lovely balance. This is a much sought after McLaren Vale Shiraz Cab blend drinking beautifully, chock full of plum, mature ripe red berry, cedar and spice. The palate is fruit-driven and rounding, with ripe McLaren Vale tannins to complete the classic mouthful.

Fox Creek has a winemaking history that dates back to 1984 when Helen and Dr Jim Watts purchased a 32ha property in McLaren Vale. The winery has been upgraded to handle the expanded production of Fox Creek, the increase a function of demand for the full-flavoured, robust red wines that make up the portfolio. Part of the estate vineyard dates back to the early 1900s, providing the Old Vine Shiraz that carries the Fox Creek banner.
